nah.. i prefer the romantic to the pragmatic,
if your ultima mage was just another file you would would have sold her to a
pimply youth..

deletion implies that the data file is sitting hidden somewhere on the
physical memory  just waiting to be reamimated.. sort of like  leaving your
avatar in
a coma.. waiting for some rescue software to whisper in his/her/its
metaphoric ear to rewaken them to live again.. or else disk reformatting to
kill them foreva.. unless you have cloned them to other worlds...

must agree with greg.. creativity is educated out of most people..i was
funnelled by the school/university system to be a  physicist and i had to
reeducate myself in my mid 20's to be able to do "art".. which i saw as
something that other "special" people did..
i wonder if physicists like george clooney and cindy crawford?
